General Terms & Acceptance

Account Registration & Security

4.2 — Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount on 12jeez is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. 12jeez does not impose processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which 12jeez bears no responsibility.
4.3 — Deposit Processing Times
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed and credited to your 12jeez account balance in under 60 seconds in normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three banking business days depending on the originating institution. Card payments via Visa and Mastercard are typically processed within minutes but may be subject to additional verification by your card issuer.
4.4 — Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the 12jeez payments team before funds are released. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account in the same name as the registered 12jeez account. Any attempt to circumvent this requirement may be treated as a breach of these Terms and as potential financial misconduct.
Currency: All balances, bonuses, bets, and payouts on 12jeez are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There are no hidden currency conversion fees. Your account balance always reflects what you have available in BDT.
Bonuses & Promotions
12jeez offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.
5.1 — Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds issued by 12jeez — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins credits, and cashback awards — are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in the individual offer terms. Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified for each offer; expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
5.2 — Bonus Abuse
12jeez monitors bonus activity continuously. The following practices constitute bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of the bonus, voiding of associated winnings, and may result in account closure:

5.3 — Maximum Bet with Active Bonus
While a bonus is active in your account, the maximum single bet or stake permitted per round or event is ৳2,000, or the equivalent in the game's betting unit, unless a lower limit is specified in the individual offer terms. Bets placed above this threshold during an active bonus period may be voided and the associated winnings forfeited.
5.4 — Promotional Changes
12jeez reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect bonuses already claimed and in the process of being wagered. Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and the T20 World Cup are offered at 12jeez's discretion and are subject to availability.
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 12jeez platform. Game-specific rules for individual casino titles and sports markets are provided within each game's information panel or the relevant sports betting section of the platform.
6.1 — Bet Acceptance
A bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the 12jeez system. A confirmation reference number and the accepted odds or stake are displayed on-screen upon successful bet placement. 12jeez reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed the platform's liability limits for a specific market or event.
6.2 — Errors & Malfunctions

6.3 — Disconnection & Interruption
If your internet connection is interrupted during a game round or live bet, the outcome of the round will be determined by the platform's server records, which are the authoritative record of all game events. 12jeez recommends maintaining a stable internet connection at all times during active gaming sessions. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a server-side issue, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
6.4 — Cricket & Sports Betting Rules
For cricket and other sports betting markets on 12jeez — including BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers — bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced by the Duckworth-Lewis method, or rescheduled, specific settlement rules apply as described in the individual market rules. 12jeez is not responsible for changes in match schedules or conditions beyond its control.
6.5 — Game Providers & RTP

Account Suspension & Closure
12jeez reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that any of the following circumstances apply:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
- The player's account activity suggests involvement in fraudulent conduct, money laundering, or bonus abuse.

8.1 — Voluntary Account Closure
